MÉZES-KERT 2002 – Tasakos méz

A tasakos méz keverék (akác és vegyes virág méz) hosszú ideig marad folyékony állapotban, mielőtt kristályosodni kezdene. Hogy minél később kezdjen el kristályosodni, fontos hogy ne tartsuk 10 foknál alacsonyabb hőmérsékleten. A kristályosodás annak a mutatója hogy a méz jó minőségű.
